Complete interior renovation and partial exterior rehabilitation of the 1865 Seton High School building serving JHU’s School of Professional Studies in Business and Education. Renovations of the 66,200 square-foot, 5-story, masonry and wood framed structure included conversion of the lower floors into graduate level classrooms, seminar rooms, computer rooms, gathering spaces and offices; and the upper floors into offices and meeting spaces.
